A Realtor since 1990! That should be enough but by using the most up-to-date tools and all my experience, that qualifies me as the Sharpest Realtor Ever!

In the past few years i have become immersed in web 2.0 and all the advantages that it offers. The National Association of Realtors reports that over 80% of home searchers start on the internet. This page is a perfect example. I may ruffle a few feathers claiming to be the Sharpest Realtor Ever but its safe to say I am playing with a set of "Gin-su Knives" here.

I'm not looking to cut anyone else down just dazzle a few people with some super fancy web work. But be warned if you try to get to close you may get cut.
